Leveraging on our existing service maintenance relationship and current existing Optergy Enterprise BMS standing, we were able to work with the building owners to secure a major tenant, WeWork in its 2nd largest lease of 15-years in Australia, occupying the top 6 floors of commercial space.
The design for this fit-out included dedicated Tenant equipment setup of a Chilled Water System, 2-off Outside air processing Air-handling units, 70-off Fan Coil Units and several single-zone PAC units. At completion, this project will add approximately over 800 additional BMS points to the site wide Optergy/Alerton based BMS.
